USDOT 2017929 MC 796405
Now hiring · CDL-A · New drivers welcome

You're a driver here, not a truck number.

We've been running since 2010, and we're still a small team where everybody knows everybody — including the people who sign your check. If you're tired of being a unit number at a mega-carrier, let's talk.

Bonus payout terms and training pay are explained on your first call, before you commit to anything.

What you get

The basics, done right. Every week.

No fine print and no runaround. Ask us anything on the first call and you'll get a straight answer.

Paid every Thursday

Finish your week and you're paid the very next Thursday, by direct deposit, with a settlement you can actually read. Competitive rates — we'll walk you through the numbers on your first call.

Your own truck

One driver per tractor. Set it up the way you like it — nobody else is going to be in your seat next week.

Home time that's planned

Tell dispatch when you need to be home and they'll route you there. Birthdays and school plays count.

Dispatch that picks up

2 a.m. breakdown in the pass? You'll reach someone who knows your load and knows the road — not an overseas call center.

Maintained equipment

Preventive maintenance on schedule and repairs approved fast. A truck that's down doesn't earn anybody money.

Safety comes first

Nobody here will push you to run past your hours or through weather you don't trust. Clean record, clean conscience.

Who we're looking for

Professional drivers who take the job seriously.

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Tractor-trailer experience, or a new CDL-A and the drive to learn (we'll train you)
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Safe driving record and clean Clearinghouse query
  • Pass a DOT drug screen

Flatbed and securement experience is a plus, not a must — we'll teach the right person.

"We're small enough that you still know every driver's name — and their kids' names too."

Driver FAQ

Questions drivers ask us first.

How does the $1,000 sign-on bonus work?
New drivers who join Elbrus get a $1,000 sign-on bonus. We'll explain exactly when it pays out on your first call, before you commit to anything.
I just got my CDL. Can I drive for you?
Yes. New CDL-A drivers start out with an experienced Elbrus trainer and earn up to $840 a week while training, paid every Thursday like everyone else. When you and your trainer are ready, you move into your own assigned truck.
How is pay structured?
Pay depends on position and experience. We go through the exact rate, how miles are calculated and what accessorials are paid on your first call — before you fill out anything else. Pay runs weekly: the week you finish is paid the following Thursday by direct deposit.
Will I get my own truck?
Yes. We run one driver per tractor, so the truck you're assigned is yours to keep clean and set up the way you like.
How often will I get home?
It depends on the lanes you run, and we'll be honest about that up front. Tell dispatch what you need and they'll plan loads to get you there.
Do you run Amazon Relay loads?
Yes. We're an Amazon Relay carrier, so part of our freight is Amazon loads with scheduled pickup and delivery appointments. You'll run them with the Relay app for tracking and check-in, and we'll walk you through it before your first one.
Do you hire owner-operators?
We're happy to talk. Select "Owner-operator" on the application and tell us about your equipment.
Where are you based?
Our office is at 4513 148th Ave NE in Bellevue, Washington. Drivers living in the Puget Sound region and along the I-5 / I-90 corridors are a great fit.
